Job summary

Ferrovial seeks a senior ITS engineer based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex to own and drive the roadside technology roadmap for LBJ, NTE, and TEXpress lanes. You will engage toll system suppliers, shape technical requirements, and guide renewal projects from concept through testing and acceptance.

You will collaborate with the CIO, COO, and Field Systems Director, manage documentation, and build capabilities within the team.

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Ten or more years in electronic tolling systems.
• Experience with toll system suppliers or integrators.
• Ability to work across CIO/COO and Field Systems Director.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadside technology roadmaps for LBJ, NTE and TEXpress lanes.
• Lead technical supplier engagements and evaluate proposals.
• Drive renewal and upgrade projects from concept to acceptance.
• Manage documentation and CDA handback obligations.
• Develop testing and performance framework with Field Systems.
