CDM Smith is seeking a seasoned Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling professional to support toll agencies in the North Region. You will lead projects, supervise technical content, and ensure QA/QC across deliverables.

Requires a Civil Engineering or related degree and substantial experience, with potential travel for assignments. The role emphasizes mentorship and data-driven highway planning analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline is required.
• AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or related certification preferred.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's, or 9 years with Master's.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Performing Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies throughout the North Region, potentially leading projects.
• Executing Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for highway planning studies.
• Performing overall task management and QA/QC procedures on deliverables.
• Coordinating technical content of projects and mentoring staff.
• Mentoring junior staff with thorough editing of documents and QA.
