Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business problems into actionable frameworks.
• Experience leading teams of analysts and consultants on multi-workstream projects.
• Ability to develop actionable insights from primary/secondary research and synthesize findings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee day-to-day activities of project workstreams and teams.
• Conduct market sizing, business model development, and quantitative analyses.
• Perform primary/secondary research including surveys and expert interviews.
• Develop original frameworks and strategies for client growth and churn reduction.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery and coach junior staff.
• Be the primary client contact, delivering innovative solutions and insights.
• Lead deck development and present key findings to clients.
• Support business development and internal firm initiatives.
