GENERAL FUNCTION:

Responsible for directing cross-functional resources on highly complex Treasury Management Product Implementations. Objectives include timely project completion, full revenue realization, and the development of the client's confidence in Fifth Third's products and service delivery. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to act as one voice representing Fifth Third Bank, resolving issues and ensuring project goals and requirements are met. Requires a high level of customer and internal partner interaction at varying levels, delivering comprehensive internal and external reporting.

Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Leads customer implementations of a highly complex nature, derived from factors such as tiered organization, multi-regional implementation, client requirements, multiple Treasury Management or cross-business line product implementation, customization needs, or other factors identified during discovery.
  2. Provides a bridge between the sales process and production, ensuring the client's expectations are well understood and fulfilled.
  3. Leads internal and external client meetings.
  4. Documents client-specific product requirements discovered during onsite assessments or process reviews.
  5. Identifies previously undiscovered client processing requirements and business needs.
  6. Creates and maintains project plans and addresses associated issues.
  7. Prepares, audits, and assembles all project resources and reporting materials for stakeholders.
  8. Provides updates to clients and internal teams as needed.
  9. Secures buy-in from executive project sponsors regarding mission, vision, strategy, and approach.
  10. Collaborates with business partners to ensure all requirements and development deliverables are well documented.
  11. Evaluates project risks, changes, and issues, proposing solutions and process alternatives.
  12. Ensures project resources have necessary tools and information.
  13. Ensures compliance with Project Life Cycle methodology.
  14. Manages and coordinates business projects, providing tactical and strategic input.
  15. Monitors and resolves project conflicts.
  16. Performs project audits.
  17. Performs other duties or projects as assigned.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; postgraduate coursework or Treasury professional designation preferred.
  • Five years of Banking Operations or related industry experience.
  • Project Management Professional (or equivalent) certification preferred.
  • Proven customer service skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with initiative for self-learning.
  • Leadership and team collaboration skills.
  • Client-facing project management experience.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
  • Standard office environment with minimal exposure to environmental factors.
  • Extended viewing of CRT screens.
  • Overnight travel required.

Position: Senior TM Client Implementations Manager- Healthcare. Total Base Pay Range: $69,800 - $143,100 USD annually. Location: Virtual, Ohio 00000.
