The ideal candidate has 5-15 years of experience in OEM compound development and a strong understanding of tire design. This position offers a competitive salary of $95,000 - $150,000 along with excellent health benefits and a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• 5-15 years experience in OEM compound development.
• Knowledge of tire design and OE product development.
• Exposure to OE plant development in compounding science.

Responsibilities

• Develop new tire compounds for customer approvals.
• Enhance performance of existing tire compounds.
• Design laboratory studies for new compound technologies.
• Perform forensic analysis on new and tested products.
