ECAM, a GardaWorld company, is seeking a Tier II Low Voltage Technician in Cleveland, OH to design, install, service, test, and maintain Mobile Surveillance Units (MSUs), CCTV, alarms, and related equipment. You will ensure units and sites stay in top condition and perform weekly maintenance.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• One year of hands-on CCTV or alarm installation.
• Technical knowledge of CCTV, access control, and low-voltage systems.
• Valid driver''s license; must meet company driving requirements.
• Pass background check and drug screening.
• May obtain and maintain a valid state security license depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Ensure MSUs and sites under maintenance agreements are fully operational, clean, and documented.
• Perform weekly preventative maintenance.
• Collaborate with operations teams to guarantee timely project completion within budget.
• Support subcontractors, installers, project coordinators, and sales personnel with site surveys.
• Provide consistent communication and updates to branch staff and prepare detailed daily activity reports.
• Stay current on mobile surveillance technologies and manage inventory records.
