Job summary

Voxel is seeking a Tier 3 Support Engineer to own high-severity issues and serve as the technical escalation point within our support team. You'll work at the code and infrastructure level, driving permanent fixes and ensuring robust support across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in technical support engineering or similar roles.
• Deep expertise in networking and systems (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls).
• Ability to read and navigate source code to diagnose issues.
• Proven track record in resolving high-severity incidents.
• Strong communication skills under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Own resolution of complex, high-severity escalations across the platform.
• Conduct root cause analysis and partner with Engineering for fixes.
• Interface with enterprise customer stakeholders during incidents.
• Define and maintain troubleshooting frameworks for support.
• Drive post-incident reviews and document learnings.
