CVS Health is seeking a Principal Application Security Engineer - Threat Research to secure healthcare technology and protect data at scale. You will embed security into development pipelines and lead advanced threat research.

Responsibilities include policy development, cross-functional leadership, and evaluating cutting-edge security solutions to strengthen the enterprise security program. This is a full-time role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience developing and deploying security technologies.
• 5+ years with Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Network Security.
• 5+ years designing and managing Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions.
• 5+ years of vulnerability analysis and risk prioritization.
• 3+ years leading security initiatives from inception through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce engineering security policies and standards.
• Lead the development and enforcement of comprehensive security policies across SDLC.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Business teams to develop secure practices.
• Lead security testing, vulnerability analysis, and documentation.
