Job summary

kp is seeking a Threat Management Leader to develop and execute threat management strategy across the enterprise. You will guide case management, triage reported behaviors, and work with internal stakeholders to ensure safe operations.

You will build engagement with agencies and industry groups to advance best-in-class threat management programs, forecast threats, and support field teams with response protocols where needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Behavioral/Mental Health (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling) or related field and minimum five years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, behavioral threat assessment and management, clinical operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and prevents security incidents using the security management plan and monitors premises, people, and systems to reduce risk.
• Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to ensure understanding of risks affecting personnel and business.
• Leads threat management team in forecasting and responding to direct threats and supports field service delivery teams with response protocols.
• Develops and maintains threat management processes for triage of reported behaviors and maintains ethical, legal case status records.
• Builds and maintains engagement with agencies, industry associations, and security experts to drive innovation in threat management programs.
• Supports access control plans and incident response training as applicable to the role.
