Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Threat Informed Defense Senior Manager to lead the technical core of a global threat intelligence program, turning intelligence into defensive outcomes across Accenture's managed security stacks and client environments.

You will define data structures, govern detection content, and drive improvements across TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR, with travel up to 0–100% as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across cyber threat intelligence, threat-informed defense, detection engineering, threat hunting, or security operations.
• 5+ years leading technical teams (second-line leadership).
• 5+ years working knowledge of TIP, SIEM, SOAR and EDR and how intelligence is operationalized across them.
• 5+ years with structured threat data and MITRE ATT&CK framework, modeling threat actors, campaigns, TTPs, malware, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape the threat-informed defense program from intelligence to defensive outcomes.
• Define how threat data is structured and consumed across TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Assess client capabilities, propose improvements, and implement architecture and standards.
• Structure threat intelligence programs and govern analytic and engineering tradecraft.
