Job summary

Accenture seeks a Threat Informed Defense Senior Manager to lead and operationalize threat intelligence across enterprise-scale security stacks. You will architect data structures, govern detection content, and drive detection, hunting, and response for clients and Accenture’s managed security services.

The role requires deep expertise in threat intelligence, data normalization, and security operations, with strong leadership and communication to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience across cyber threat intelligence, threat-informed defense, detection engineering, threat hunting, or security operations.
• Minimum of 5 years leading technical teams and second-line leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on experience with TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR and how intelligence and detection content are operationalized across them.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with structured threat data and MITRE ATT&CK framework.
• Minimum of 5 years defining data structures, schemas, or normalization standards across tools or teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (12 years) (Associate's degree requires 6 years).

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape a global threat intelligence program, turning intelligence into defensive outcomes.
• Define how threat data is structured and consumed across TIP, SIEM, SOAR, and EDR.
• Assess client capabilities, recommend improvements, and implement scalable architectures and standards.
• Structure threat intelligence programs and govern analytic and engineering tradecraft.
• Shorten the gap between adversary action and defensive response across client environments.
