Job summary

IDEXX is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst & Threat Hunter to join their security operations team. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years in cybersecurity with a focus on threat hunting and incident response. Responsibilities include proactively identifying threats, conducting in-depth analyses, and leading incident response efforts. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and specific experience with EDR and SIEM tools are required. The position offers a competitive salary between $120,000 and $140,000 plus benefits, with minimal on-site expectations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to threat hunting or advanced incident response.
• Hands-on experience using EDR and threat hunting platforms.
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), and common attack vectors.

Responsibilities

• Proactively hunt for indicators of compromise (IOCs) and advanced persistent threats (APTs).
• Conduct in-depth analysis of security events, network traffic, and endpoint data.
• Lead and participate in incident response activities, including containment and eradication.
