SimSpace is seeking a Senior Threat Hunter to join our Evaluation Team in Florida. You will mentor security teams, develop training, and integrate AI agents into cybersecurity workflows while designing engaging Capture the Flag exercises for statewide agencies and our cyber range platform.

We are looking for a Senior Threat Hunter
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Threat Hunter to serve as a defensive cyber consultant, helping build and grow Florida’s cybersecurity initiatives statewide. In this role, you will mentor and assess security teams across all skill levels, develop training for emerging technologies, and integrate AI agents into cybersecurity workflows. You will also design engaging Capture the Flag (CTF) exercises and facilitate both onsite and remote security exercises for SimSpace, The Cyber Florida ARCS Range, and the statewide agencies they represent.
When facilitating exercises, you will teach security concepts, demonstrate hands-on use of open-source and commercial security tools, and leverage cutting-edge techniques to help Incident Response Teams defend against advanced threats.
