Baron Capital, a leading asset management firm, seeks a Senior Associate for Thought Leadership and Product Content in New York. You will help develop high-impact content, support product positioning, and research market trends alongside experienced investment professionals.

Responsibilities include drafting materials, fact-checking, and maintaining content quality across marketing communications. Competitive base salary with annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics or writing-related fields (journalism, English/history).
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial and market data into clear language.

• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with investment professionals, portfolio risk and analytics teams, and the marketing team to capture insights and align with Baron Capital’s philosophy.
• Assist in drafting and editing thought leadership materials, including white papers, articles and product/investment content.
• Research market and sector developments, investment themes, and portfolio company fundamentals to support ideation and content creation.
• Gather and synthesize data from internal and external sources to support content narratives.
• Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
• Track industry trends and competitor content to inform strategy and identify opportunities.
• Perform fact-checking, formatting, and proofreading to maintain content accuracy and consistency.
