Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to build strategic partnerships with national and regional KOLs in rare nephrology, supporting FILSPARI (sparsentan) for IgAN and FSGS. This field-based role requires significant travel with a regional presence.

You will develop regional account strategies, engage thought leaders, and collaborate with Marketing, Insights, Sales, and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant messaging and impactful advisory boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or Life Sciences.
• 8+ years in rare disease or specialty marketing with nephrology knowledge.
• Proven ability to build relationships with thought leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional account strategies.
• Engage KOLs through personalized interactions and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Insights, Sales, Medical Affairs, etc.).
• Identify and recruit KOLs for marketing initiatives.
• Collect and analyze market insights.
• Ensure compliant messaging.
• Support promotional speaker activities.
