This senior, field-based role partners with Marketing and Medical Affairs to engage national and regional thought leaders and to advance launch readiness and disease education. The TLL identifies barriers to earlier diagnosis, genetic testing and referral, translating insights into regional plans while supporting account teams and ensuring compliant,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• At least eight years in biopharmaceutical roles including field marketing or strategy.
• Recent experience in rare or neurology/genetics preferred.
• Ability to operate independently in a field role without established franchise.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for credible discussions with senior clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy aligned with national launch priorities.
• Map institutions, thought leaders, and referral relationships.
• Collaborate with MSLs on thought leaders and scientific needs.
• Lead compliant national/regional thought-leader programs.
• Translate regional insights into actionable plans.
• Travel >50% including overnight travel as required.
