Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in third-party risk management, cybersecurity, technology risk, or related disciplines; Bachelor’s or equivalent.
• Experience in a highly regulated industry (financial services, healthcare) preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of third-party risk management frameworks, cybersecurity controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., OCC, FFIEC, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Experience using GRC and data analytics platforms (Archer, ServiceNow, Alteryx, Tableau, QlikView).
• Experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to support risk workflows with strong validation habits.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to strengthen third-party risk assessment and control environment.
• Oversee execution of third-party assurance programs aligning with objectives and regulatory changes.
• Prepare and deliver risk reports and metrics for executive stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Control Owners to set cyber/data control requirements for third-party relationships.
• Act as liaison to Global Supplier Services, Tech Risk and Controls, and GRC leads.
• Utilize AI capabilities to accelerate risk evidence synthesis and executive-ready reporting.
• Promote AI-assisted approaches to streamline control testing and issue management.
• Stay updated on industry threats and best practices to keep the program cutting-edge.
