ICW Group is seeking a seasoned third party risk professional to analyze and manage vendor risk, ensuring regulatory compliance and data-driven decision making. You will design risk tools, lead due diligence, and partner with Legal, InfoSec, IT and Finance to safeguard the organization.

Responsibilities include building governance reports, performing financial and cybersecurity reviews, and guiding purchasing processes through a risk-based framework.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Information Security or related field; 5–7 years of experience required.
• Experience with third party risk programs, contracts, information security or IT risk preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint; familiarity with GRC tools and contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication, analytical and reporting skills.

Responsabilidades

• Designs and maintains Third Party Risk program tools and scorecards.
• Manages third party risk program templates, tools, procedures, and processes.
• Trains team members on tools and processes for compliant purchasing.
• Partners with Legal, Information Security, IT, Finance and Business Continuity on risk assessments.
• Prepares data and reports for governance and oversight; conducts market analysis and risk assessments.
• Executes risk-based engagement and monitoring in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Monitors third party performance and conducts ongoing assessments and documentation.
