Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Physics.
• 8+ years in semiconductor industry with independent thermal scope leadership.
• Active thermal control experience in semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Own thermal system design and validation from architecture through release.
• Design and validate liquid-cooled and refrigerant-based systems.
• Lead thermal design across prototyping, validation, and mass production.
• Develop thermal components (cold plates, heaters, heatsinks, chillers, condensers).
• Lead high power, high temperature active thermal control systems.
• Perform hands-on thermal testing and validation to meet specs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate thermal solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive optimization to reduce cost and improve performance.
• Provide field and vendor coordination support as needed.
• Travel up to 20% to customer sites.
