Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on design, development, and systems engineering in Thermal Systems for ICE and Electrified Vehicles.
• MS required in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering; PhD strongly preferred.
• Deep mastery of thermal system design, coolant/refrigerant subsystems, and related simulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs to conceptualize, design, develop, validate, and deliver thermal management systems across Ford and Lincoln.
• Apply DFMEA and systems engineering rigor to cascade requirements and guide design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and verification plans.
