Job summary

Intergalactic, now part of Unison, a GE Aerospace Company, seeks an Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer to drive system-level architectures and execution for aerospace programs from concept through integration, in close cooperation with the Program Management team.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary project team across thermal analysis, installation, mechanical design and analysis, reliability, controls, electronics and software, and you will act as the primary technical contact for clients

Qualifications

• Develop and own system-level architectures and execution.
• Lead technical development projects in cooperation with Program Management.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Foster innovation and consistency by developing system-level architectures and execution.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams in thermal analysis, installation, mechanical design and analysis, reliability, controls, electronics and software, and testing.
• Collaborate with Program Management to ensure successful program outcomes and delivery.
• Serve as a senior technical leader within the Intergalactic engineering group and mentor junior staff.
