Job summary

Intergalactic, now part of Unison, a GE Aerospace Company, seeks an Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer to drive system-level architectures and execution for aerospace programs from concept through integration, in close cooperation with the Program Management team.

You will lead a multi-disciplinary project team across thermal analysis, installation, mechanical design and analysis, reliability, controls, electronics and software, and you will act as the primary technical contact for clients

Qualifications

• Develop and own system-level architectures and execution.
• Lead technical development projects in cooperation with Program Management.
• Serve as primary technical contact for clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior staff within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Foster innovation and consistency by developing system-level architectures and execution.

In cooperation with the Program Management team, the Aerospace Thermal Systems Engineer leads technical development projects. This role is responsible for the technical execution of the program while also serving as the primary technical point of contact for clients. During the program, the Advanced Staff Thermal Systems Engineer manages a multi-disciplinary project team of subject matter experts in fields such as thermal analysis, installation, mechanical design and analysis, reliability, controls, electronics and software, and testing.
