Seeking a senior engineer with 7+ years in high-temperature thermal hardware, deep modeling skills, and a track record of delivering manufacturable, scalable solutions for extreme heat flux environments.

Qualifications

• Own end-to-end architecture for a solar thermal receiver.
• Define requirements and drive architecture trade-offs.
• Build and validate thermal/optical models; iterate designs quickly.
• Select materials for 600°C–1000°C temperatures.
• Prototype testing and accelerated life evaluation.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize integration.
• Design for manufacturing from prototype to mass production.
• Shape roadmap for absorbers and high-temperature tech advances.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end receiver architecture and qualification.
• Drive design reviews and architecture trade-offs on receiver options.
• Develop and validate high-temperature thermal models with data.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for system integration.
