Qualifications

• Proficiency with CAD modeling software such as NX or Creo and 2D drawings.
• Experience with 1D modeling tools GT-Power, AMESim, or MATLAB/Simulink.
• Understanding of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics; manufacturing knowledge.
• Willingness to travel for testing and supplier visits; safety-first engineering mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of integrated thermal lubrication systems from concept to production.
• Specify pumps, filters, heat exchangers, valves, and related components.
• Create CAD models and drawings; collaborate with manufacturing for producible designs.
• Perform 1D modeling and CFD analysis to optimize performance.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and interface with cross-functional teams.
