Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, preferably with focus on thermal design.
• Understanding of thermal engineering principles and practices within a professional discipline.
• Familiarity with thermal management of CPUs, GPUs, NICs, and other hardware.
• Scripting experience in Bash and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Utilize complex requirements from customers and vendors create custom cooling solutions.
• Collaborate with adjacent thermal engineering teams to incorporate new commodities and custom thermal controls into larger Dell portfolio.
• Develop thermal validation tools, processes, automation, and infrastructure for a global team of system engineers.
• Create software and simulation tools to assess thermal feasibility of non-roadmap commodities.
