Job summary

Parsons in Fort Shafter, HI is seeking a seasoned intelligence professional to plan, coordinate, and produce Theater Army Intelligence warfighting function plans for USARPAC/USINDOPACOM operations. You will support senior leaders by developing doctrine, training, and policy guidance and by coordinating intelligence inputs across DoD and JSPS systems.

Requirements include Army 35F training or equivalent, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Trained Army 35F or equivalent.
• 5 years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations.
• Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases.
• Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, develop and produce Theater Army Intelligence Warfighting Function plans, policies, and requirements across the domains of doctrine, training, organization, leadership, materiel, personnel, and facilities in support of USARPAC's/USINDOPACOM's range of military operations.
• Support operations through planning, preparing, executing, and continuously assessing.
• Use the operations process to drive the conceptual and detailed planning necessary to direct, lead, and assess intelligence operations.
• Review, develop, coordinate, and provide the USARPAC's intelligence input to various DoD and Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) related plans and products.
• Coordinate, develop and produce ASCC-level deliberate and crisis-action intelligence, functional plans, and orders in support of USARPAC and USINDOPACOM.
