YOUR ROLE

The Business Developer oversees sales activities across North America (USA and Canada). The main goal is to develop SgT’s sales in the region by prospecting, converting new customers, and expanding market share with existing clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development Strategy: Define sales strategies with the VP, identify target segments, determine exposure channels, attend fairs, and create go-to-market strategies.
  • Prospecting: Identify contacts, make cold calls, organize meetings, prepare proposals, and negotiate.
  • Key Account Management: Follow up with major customers, conduct visits, and develop new market shares.
  • Representation: Represent SgT at events and associations, enhance brand exposure, and collaborate on sales and marketing tools.
YOUR EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
  • University degree in relevant fields.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in textiles, apparel, or related industries.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media.
