Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the overall test and validation strategy.
• Translate customer requirements into technical validation solutions.
• Own, build, and prioritize the team backlog; define user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead Program Increment (PI) planning and coordinate cross-team dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and promote built-in quality.
