Job summary

Sapsf is seeking a Senior Functional Tester to verify embedded software and cybersecurity aspects of medical devices. The role emphasizes rigorous verification across the software life cycle and strict adherence to medical device standards.

The candidate should have strong experience in embedded systems testing, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on creation and execution of test cases to satisfy requirements. Agile environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Expertise across all phases of software testing life cycle.
• Exposure to cybersecurity standards for medical devices.
• Experience with manual testing of medical devices.
• Strong OS/system and software testing understandings.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead embedded systems testing with a focus on cybersecurity for medical devices.
• Ensure IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485 compliance.
• Collaborate with development, systems engineering, and regulatory affairs.
• Write and execute test cases to meet requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Document verification protocols and test results in QA tools.
• Provide peer reviews of technical and verification documents.
• Support a collaborative, agile team environment.
