SNC in Sparks, NV is seeking a Test Technician IV to manage testing projects, develop procedures, and mentor technicians. This role focuses on high-level troubleshooting, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

Responsibilities include preparing technical reports, evaluating new testing technologies, and ensuring safety and quality compliance in a dynamic engineering environment requiring up to date precision and reliability.

Formación

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years' experience as a technician or in a related field.
• In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 7 years of related experience.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals, and/or publications.
• Comprehensive understanding of test concepts and techniques.
• Advanced knowledge of and experience with standard laboratory test, calibration and other measurement equipment.
• Proven project management skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret Security Clearance.
