Job summary

Dover Fueling Solutions (DFS) in Austin, TX is hiring for an experienced electrical testing professional to join our Manufacturing & Operations team onsite. You will repair, test, and maintain electrical systems, contribute to troubleshooting, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requires 5+ years in manufacturing, 240V–480V power experience, and an Associate degree in Electrical Technology or equivalent. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits and a discretionary bonus plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to read Engineering Drawings is mandatory.
• Experience with high voltage/power environments (240V–480V).
• Ability to follow English instructions and work in a fast-paced team.
• Demonstrated problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Expertise with wiring assembly and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, test, and maintain electrical systems and equipment.
• Test stands, wiring, harnesses, and components to ensure quality.
• Support engineers with troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Adhere to 6S standards and safety policies during production.
• Document inspections and testing results for traceability.
