Belcan is seeking a Senior Product Test Technician in Simi Valley, CA to perform complex tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment, ensuring accuracy, productivity, and on-time delivery.

The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with test equipment, blueprints, and debugging. First shift is 5:00am–3:30pm, with benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• Secondary Diploma or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Vocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent in related field.

Responsibilities

• Perform moderately difficult to complex testing tasks.
• Set up test equipment and conduct tests per specifications.
• Troubleshoot and perform failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry down to component level.
• Provide detailed failure descriptions and root-cause analyses to production/engineering teams.
• Follow procedures and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
• Train less experienced staff and assist other departments as needed.
