  • Must be knowledgeable in all types of electronic test equipment and using schematics
  • Experience identifying failure root cause of types of equipment down to the component level
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis

Responsibilities

  • Perform troubleshooting, repair, overhaul, and preventive maintenance on electrical and electro‑mechanical test systems
  • Execute advanced fabrication, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance activities across a wide array of electrical and electromechanical equipment
  • Perform detailed diagnostics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, function generators/specialized electronic test instruments, and other advanced test hardware; isolate faults down to the component level using schematics and technical prints
  • Drive component-level corrective actions, including identifying required replacement parts, sourcing or ordering components, and validating corrective work through functional testing
  • Develop and refine maintenance procedures, repair instructions, and troubleshooting workflows that improve equipment uptime and repeatability
  • Learn and operate all assigned test machines; perform maintenance and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, electromechanical, and electrical subsystems to ensure test station availability
  • Efficiently configure and instrument test stations according to engineering or divisional specifications, ensuring test integrity and compliance

We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Senior Test Systems Technician

to support, repair, and maintain a wide range of electrical and electro‑mechanical test equipment that keeps our facility running at peak performance. What You Will Do

In this role, you’ll be a go‑to expert supporting critical test equipment and operational systems. Your work will include:

The salary range for this role is 60,000 USD - 114,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
