BAE Systems is seeking an experienced Test Engineer for our Integrated Test Engineering (ITE). The mission of ITE is to reliably deliver customer-focused, affordable test solutions across all levels of production testing. Candidates will experience the entire lifecycle of a program, including bid and proposal, advanced development, test design, product fielding, procurement, and sustainment.

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, capable of working independently with minimal oversight, and able to serve as a technical lead. They should be comfortable providing technical status updates and interfacing with various engineering disciplines. The role requires a strong background in Software, Electrical, or Computer Engineering, with experience in designing, debugging, and deploying complex automated test systems for Military Communications, Navigation, and Electronic Warfare equipment.
This role involves hybrid work, combining onsite and remote work.

Salary range: $92,290 - $156,860. Salaries depend on various factors including skills, education, experience, and market conditions.
