Responsibilities

• Provide engineering support within an integrated product team for project lifecycle.
• Offer subject matter expertise in planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, and sustainment of complex technical systems.
• Support production engineering, engineering development, and continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of test data and support failure investigations to determine root causes and ensure corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver technical briefings to government stakeholders on data analysis and test results.
• Review, comment and provide disposition recommendations for engineering actions such as ECPs and waivers.
• Review contractor submissions such as rework procedures, process control documents, defect notifications and defect plans.
• Oversee contractor test plans and participate in TRRs/BRRs to verify readiness for testing and production.
• Coordinate with contractor teams across multiple facilities to maintain common goals.
• Travel up to 50% for oversight activities.
