Touchdown Labs seeks a Senior Test & Qualification Engineer to lead test strategy across ATE, final test, burn-in, and system-level testing. You will own qualification plans and reports, and drive data-driven limit setting to ensure product reliability.

Collaborating with partners across foundries and manufacturing, you will develop fixtures and sockets, and lead customers through qualification milestones with evidence-based acceptance.

Qualificações

• 7+ years in product, ATE, or system-level test.
• Advantest, Teradyne, or comparable platforms.

• Has written production test programs and released them to manufacturing.
• Has led a product through qualification with customer sign-off.

Test is how we know co-designed hardware does what the design promised. Good test coverage turns every product into data that improves the next design.

Technical scope

Test strategy across wafer sort, final test, burn-in, and system-level test; ATE program development; test coverage and fault models; fixtures, load boards, sockets, and probe interfaces; limit setting from data; correlation between sites; qualification plans and customer acceptance reports.

First 90 days

• Take ownership of test plans on active programs.
• Bring up and correlate tests with partners.
• Deliver acceptance reports customers can reuse.

How the role works

• Full-time.
• Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan
• Santa Clara, CA.
• Openings: Multiple.
• Taiwan roles are employed through a local employer of record. Mandarin is a strong plus for Taiwan roles; English is required for written work.
• Pay: $150,000–$195,000 base (Santa Clara, CA).
• Ranges are base pay for U.S. roles and depend on location, experience, and level. Full-time roles also include equity and benefits. Taiwan pay is set to the local market and discussed in the first call.
