Job summary

Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) in Long Beach, CA seeks a Senior Test Program Manager to lead test operations across BT&E labs, partner with the C-17 Avionics organization, and shape future test capabilities.

You will manage first-line leaders, budget for labs, drive risk reporting, and develop Basis of Estimates for proposals while coordinating with customers such as USAF and internal stakeholders. Travel domestically as needed and ensure on-site execution, safety, and lab health metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 7+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years building stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Experience with aircraft test program management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead test and evaluation programs and lab operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets and BOEs.
• Negotiate contracts with external customers and manage risks.
• Develop relationships with customers, stakeholders and peers.
• Provide oversight and approval of technical approaches and processes.
