Boeing Test and Evaluation (BT&E) is seeking a Senior Test Program Manager (TPM) to join our team in Long Beach, CA. This position is responsible for test operations for BT&E in Long Beach including the operation of the BGS, Commercial, and AvionX labs in Long Beach, integration with the C-17 Avionics organization, and the development of future test capabilities.
Regional responsibilities will include management of first line leaders and direct reports growing over the next 6 months from 45 to :60. This position is also responsible for managing lab indirect budgets and lab facility management. The Senior Leader owns the successful execution of the ongoing and upcoming projects required to address avionics obsolescence challenges including the design, build, integration, and qualification of new lab test benches and simulation software. Responsibilities include developing Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for new project proposals, negotiating contracts with external customers including the USAF, and partnering with stakeholders and Senior Leaders to report progress and manage risks. Additionally, the leader is responsible for driving lab excellence (including meaningful metrics to manage lab health), lab configuration management, daily safe operations, and people development. This position will require occasional travel to sites where ASIT-supported facilities are located in the enterprise (including Seattle and Oklahoma City).
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Summary Pay Range: $181,900 – $246,100
