Job summary

AVIAN is seeking a Program Analyst (Test Resource Manager Senior) to support PMA-290, NAVAIR. You will assist the Assistant PM for Test and Evaluation and Lead Test Engineer, coordinating test planning, data management, and governance across the program.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of relevant experience, a DoD Secret clearance, and is a US citizen. A Bachelor's degree can be substituted for four years of experience; Navy acquisition/test experience is highly desired.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in program analysis or test/resource management.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Experience with Navy acquisition and test support.
• Degree substitution rules: Bachelor's degree may be substituted for 4 years of experience; Master's for 2 extra.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Utilize iTEMS (iTrack, iTest) to support test planning and execution tracking.
• Produce and maintain test execution metrics and status reports for program leadership.
• Coordinate and administer the Test Data Management Working Group.
• Facilitate CDLR reviews and ensure timely submission of documentation to the Program Office.
• Coordinate meetings and prepare slide decks, briefs, and memos; ensure conference room readiness and VTC functionality.
• Manage receipt, organization, and archival of all test reports.
• Develop and maintain Test Rainbow Charts to track test progress.
