Job summary

ABESTNEO seeks an experienced Integrated Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing for a warehouse automation and ASRS deployment in Spartanburg, SC. You will own the integrated test strategy, governance, and go-live readiness, coordinating across Operations, Engineering, IT, and vendors.

Required are 8+ years in test management/PMO, strong WMS/WCS, PLC controls, and warehouse automation knowledge. You will drive test programs across multiple partners to ensure a successful production rollout.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in test management and PMO leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale testing across SIT, UAT, cutover, and go-live.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse automation, AS/RS, WMS/WCS, PLC controls.
• Familiar with governance, risk, and executive reporting for PMO.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated test strategy, master plan, and readiness criteria.
• Lead end-to-end testing lifecycle across SIT, UAT, DIAL, and go-live.
• Coordinate cross-functional testing activities with operations, IT, vendors.
• Establish gates, defect governance, and release readiness.
• Drive go-live and cutover planning, including command center operations.
