Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Test Operations Engineer to support ICBM Programs for the Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center at Hill AFB, UT. This role focuses on modernization, sustainment, operation and management of test facilities and SILs.

You will lead test and evaluation operations, coordinate test assets across DoW and industry, and mentor IPT groups while interfacing with senior leaders on risk, requirements, and capability gaps. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Formación

• 7+ years managing test capabilities, equipment, and laboratories.
• 10+ years of technical, engineering, or program management support.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with recent eligibility.
• SAP experience in a DoW environment.
• Experience transitioning capabilities from development to operation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day T&E operations supporting ICBM modernization.
• Coordinate use of test assets and infrastructure across DoW and industry.
• Deconflict test equipment and lab use among many users.
• Install, configure, test, and validate prototype equipment.
• Lead IPTs and prepare governance materials for senior leaders.
• Advise on capability gaps, risks, and test traceability.
• Inform modernization of test capabilities and SILs.
• Troubleshoot ICBMs, sensor interfaces, and launch subsystems.
• Represent AFNWC in IPT forums and assist senior leaders.
• Translate customer T&E requirements into technical solutions.
