Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) seeks a Senior Test Operations Engineer to support ICBM programs at Hill AFB, UT. The role focuses on modernization, sustainment, and operation of Test Facilities, SILs, and related test capabilities across the DoW and AF enterprise.

The ideal candidate drives test integration, coordinates assets, and leads IPTs while advising leadership on capability gaps and risk. Requires TS/SCI eligibility and DoD T&E experience.

Formación

• 7+ years in managing test capabilities, equipment, and laboratories.
• 10+ years of technical, engineering, or program management support.
• 12 months of Special Access Program (SAP) experience.
• Experience transitioning capabilities from development into operation.
• Experience integrating hardware, software, networks, and test support equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day Test & Evaluation operations for ICBM modernization.
• Coordinate use of test assets and infrastructure across DoW and defense industry.
• Deconflict test equipment and lab utilization among users and stakeholders.
• Install, configure, test, and validate prototype equipment and future systems.
• Implement corrective actions from analysis, test findings, and inputs.
• Translate customer T&E requirements into technical solutions.
• Support reliability improvements and system supportability initiatives.
• Inform architecture advancements for test capabilities and SILs.
• Troubleshoot system and sub-component issues for ICBMs and subsystems.
• Lead IPTs and prepare governance materials for senior leadership.
