Job summary

Huntington Ingalls Industries seeks a Test and Evaluation Program Lead to head a team delivering technical and analytical support for DOW/HS T&E programs at the STAT COE, based at Wright-Patterson AFB, Dayton, OH. The role focuses on designing rigorous, statistically based test strategies, mentoring staff, and coordinating cross-program activities across 20+ programs, with on-site duties at Dayton.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering, statistics, applied math, operations research, or similar.
• Practical DoD or Homeland Security T&E experience.
• Ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance.
• US Citizen required; no VISA or Sponsorship due to government contracting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Center of Excellence leadership role (1 of three contract supervisors) responsible for all program support.
• Provide T&E consulting expertise to acquisition programs and research projects.
• Lead development of test strategies, technical test designs, and post-test analysis.
• Respond to Director tasking in support of Center initiatives.
• Coordinate personnel assignments with other supervisors.
• Suggest topics for conference presentations/best practices/case studies.
• Support new employee onboarding through training and familiarization.
• Act as company supervisor for 5 employees.
