Senior Test & Evaluation Specialist — TS/SCI Eligible

Job summary

Agile Defense seeks highly skilled Test & Evaluation Specialists to support critical national-level defense programs. Candidates will perform analytical work and developmental/operational testing of IT and NSS, ensuring systems meet requirements and survive in contested environments.

Candidates must maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance and be able to pass a polygraph. Location is contractor onsite with travel; strong writing and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with 6+ years experience in a relevant technical field.
• IAT Level II certification such as Security+ or DoW 8140.01 equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and document overall T&E strategies.
• Develop and update T&E frameworks: Analysis Structure, Data Source Matrix, Evaluation Framework.
• Create T&E docs: Test Plans, scenarios, and scripts.
• Prepare key briefs: Test Concept Brief, Operational Test Readiness Review.
• Define COIs, MOEs, and MOPs for thorough evaluation.
• Solicit system requirements and environments to support T&E objectives.
• Conduct developmental, operational, interoperability, and standards conformance tests.
• Execute tests using manual and automated tools.
• Collect and analyze test data to assess operational impact and KPIs.
• Prepare and present T&E plans/reports per DoD standards.
