Job summary

Elbit America is seeking a Test and Evaluation Program Manager III to oversee complex defense programs across all lifecycle phases. You'll coordinate with government ranges, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure cost, schedule, and quality targets are met while maintaining strong customer communication.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, managing documentation, leading IPTs, and mentoring junior PMs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of program/project management experience, including cost, schedule, and performance execution.
• PMP or equivalent certification.
• Experience with DoD/ Army test planning, execution, and range coordination.
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the integrated test master plan, establishing objectives, schedules, risks, and resources.
• Coordinate test planning with government ranges and external authorities for safety and compliance.
• Lead cross-functional test and ILS/CLS groups, driving decisions and issue resolution.
• Ensure quality and compliance of test documentation (reports, safety assessments, CDRLs).
• Provide briefings to senior leadership and government stakeholders with status and recommendations.
• Apply risk management and financial forecasting to identify issues and drive mitigation.
• Support program planning, readiness, and transition to production with engineering and suppliers.
• Develop budget inputs, ROMs, BOEs, and forecasts to guide management.
• Build strong customer relationships and anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Mentor junior PMs and drive continuous improvement in program execution.
