Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Senior Test Manager to support the Air Force’s Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS) Division. The role provides expert test and evaluation guidance across acquisition phases, coordinating with multiple test organizations and stakeholders to ensure rigorous testing of complex DoD systems.

Responsibilities include developing test strategies, managing test plans, and briefing government leadership on T&E status. Location is on-site in Beavercreek, OH with 20-40% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in systems engineering and/or test and evaluation with DoD programs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage system requirements verification and validation activities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead planning and execution events.
• Proficiency with MBSE, risk management, requirements management, scheduling, and backlog tools.
• Top Secret, SCI Eligible, SAP Eligibility

Responsibilities

• Develop and support AC Branch Test Strategy across all product lines.
• Coordinate with DT and OT test organizations to develop detailed test plans and monitor execution.
• Act as a liaison to test stakeholders including test units, developing contractors, users, and other program offices.
• Collaborate with other weapon system program offices to support testing of AC-developed products on their platforms.
• Provide senior-level expertise in test and evaluation (T&E) and recommend technical solutions.
• Support development, implementation, and monitoring of processes to manage cost, schedule, conduct, and strategy of T&E activities across acquisition phases.
