Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks a Test and Evaluation (T&E) SME in Norfolk, VA to lead development of test plans, TEMP, and support Navy/Joint systems. You will collaborate with engineers, cyber experts, and stakeholders to identify and prioritize testing requirements and ensure successful test events.

Applicants should have 5+ years in test events, government acquisitions, and team leadership, with a Secret clearance and a STEM Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting test events or exercises with appropriate configurations of hardware components
• 5+ years of experience with government acquisitions
• 5+ years of experience leading teams and managing the work of others
• Experience assessing operational and system performance requirements to prioritize T&E objectives and enable evaluation planning

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive test plans and documentation to support acquisition strategies for Navy and Joint systems
• Develop and maintain TEMP in accordance with DoW and Navy T&E guidance, policies, and templates
• Coordinate test resources (equipment, personnel, facilities) and ensure successful test execution
• Analyze system requirements and report test results to stakeholders
