Job summary

Knight Federal Solutions seeks a Test & Evaluation specialist to advise on operations, maintenance, and accreditation for cloud, virtual, and on-prem IT environments supporting INSCOM and the IC. Must hold DoD IAT Level II baseline certification (e.g., Security+), DAWIA T&E Level 1, and experience evaluating complex software and networks.

Qualifications

• Must possess DoD Approved Baseline Certification at IAT Level II or higher (e.g. CompTIA Security+)
• Compliance with DAWIA Test & Evaluation Level 1 requirements
• Develop evaluation criteria aligned with MOE/MOP and plan/test analysis phases
• Experience performing T&E services on complex software and network systems

Responsibilities

• Advise INSCOM and IC on testing, accreditation, and operations for cloud, virtual, and on-prem IT environments.
• Lead test plan design, test scenarios for functional, security and vulnerability testing.
• Prepare technical test reports detailing deficiencies and issues from testing events.
• Develop and evaluate acquisition documentation like SEPs, TEMP, TES for approval.
• Coordinate Independent Verification and Validation activities with PMs and stakeholders.
