Job summary

ORBIS Inc. is seeking a senior-level analyst to support the Program Executive Officer for Aircraft Carriers (PEO CVN) and PMS 378, focusing on test and evaluation planning for FORD Class carriers.

The role is based at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington, DC, reporting to the government program office. The selectee will collect and analyze information, define problems, and prepare written and oral findings for government decision-making, requiring 10+ years in engineering/science management

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering or science management experience.
• Experience supporting a US Navy organization.
• Experience with DoD / Navy ACAT-I programs preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or technical field.
• U.S. citizenship and active SECRET clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, review, and analyze information to inform government recommendations.
• Define problems and analyze data including costs and expenditures.
• Prepare reports and present findings to the Government in writing and orally.
