We're looking for a Test Equipment Design Engineer to design, build, and integrate Test Enabling Hardware (TEH) supporting program test milestones — from test stands and fixtures to instrumentation and flight-critical component test setups. This is a hands-on IC role covering the full lifecycle: concept, design, fabrication, integration, and formal release.
Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $141,600 - $194,700/yr. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
